Pantheon has strengthened its Asian team with the recruitment of former CDC Group portfolio director Brian Lim. Lim will join Pantheon as a principal in its Hong Kong office, bringing its Asia team to eight professionals.

At CDC, Lim was portfolio director for the pan-Asia region, a position he held for four years. Before that, he spent six years at Watson Wyatt, advising institutional investors on strategies and private equity allocations.
