Shweta Jalan has joined Advent India PE Advisors as a director to support the development of Advent’s business in India. Jalan comes to Advent following its company registration in India as it sets up an office in Mumbai.

Jalan was previously a director at ICICI Venture in Mumbai. She was part of the initial team that built ICICI Venture over a tenyear period. In addition to her investment, portfolio management and exit experience, Jalan has been involved with fundraisings and managing relationships with large institutional investors active in private equity.
